9m Circular Ventilation Grille

This is a circular ventilation grille with a diameter of 9cm. I modelled it because I wanted to replace two identical ventilation grilles on the outside wall of my garage that had been baked by the sun over the years and were falling apart. Sadly, the local DIY store only had ventilation grilles with a diameter of either 10cm or 15cm. Perfect excuse for an afternoon of 3D printing.

I printed it with the flat face against the print bed. No supports required and it came out looking really fine.

One word of warning: the surface in contact with the print bed is rather large which is great for adhesion but may make removing the print from the bed difficult. So make sure you let the print cool down an hour or two before attempting to remove it, otherwise you may end up either damaging the surface of the print bed or applying undue force onto the print bed and/or lineal rods and/or ball bearings.
