A/C Misting System w/ Fluidmaster Valve

This is a mod for a Fluidmaster Flush valve to enable you to connect 1/4 micro-irrigation tubing for whatever you wish OR to make this extended Air-conditioning, mister system.

I use the 0.4 nozzle for printing but, I tell Cura it's a 0.38 in an attempt to get a better watertight print. The 3mf file included uses 0.15 layer height for speed. I've used it with ABS and get a watertight part at 95% infill.

For less frustration if small parts break, use V6 2-part (really 3 with Spacer). Use the Spacer if the assembly is too loose to hold a seal with the water. I printed only 2 layers of the seal to make good fit (enough compression to seal).

Q:
Have you noticed any difference in ac performance and/or cut power costs with a condenser mister? I know it seems like a dumb question but curious if it made a significant enough difference to justify the effort of making and installing. Thanks!
