This is a modular, interlocking system for storing deskmats.
The top bracket is meant to be hung over a cabinet door, followed by the middle brackets, and then, finally, the bottom bracket.
The brackets are designed to store deskmats rolled into a diameter of about 75mm (which is the size that Taobao vendors typically roll them into for shipping).
I would recommend printing the brackets on their sides, to reduce the need for supports.
