This is a sample wing with thin layer construction and some rips for enforcement.
I have also made a test cut for a servo.
For printing I used nozzel 0.4mm , wall thickness 0.8 mm (1 layer), wall height 0.2 mm, 0 infill, zero top and bottom layer.
