A very compact Raspberry Pi A+ case

Nice compact case. Top and base are a nice friction fit.

- Very slight tweak to top part, as there was a slight interference above the A/V Socket.

V2 files now available - many imporvements:

- touchscreen ribbon connector now aligned.
- increased the corner radius, so even more compact!
- added a very slight chamfer to top and bottom edges (0.2mm/2mm)
- created recess surrounding the micro usb socket and closed gap above.
- closed gaps around hdmi, A/V and USB
- also closed gap above the SD card slot, but still allows easy thumbnail release of micro SD card
