A1 Mini Spool Holder Adapter

I created this for my A1 Mini, it suits the spool holder that comes with it in the photos. The spool holder arm is 68mm long and the stopper is about 31mm. Please check before printing it will suit your A1 Mini. If your stock spool holder is a different size shoot me a message with the dimensions and I can create it for you. This suits all the reels I had in stock, both plastic and cardboard for Bambu Labs, Esun, Creality and many no-name brands. It is by no means a tight fit, body outer diameter is 52.5mm as it is meant to be “one spool holder to suit them all” It is still much better with the loose fit than the stock unit that comes with the printer. You need to print 2 bodies and 1 cap. Install as per the pictures. Wrap the body around the spindle, put the filament roll on, align the squares on the cap up with the body, push the cap onto the body and twist, it is a friction fit.
