There are a lot of nice toolboxes published for the A1-Mini, and I've tried a couple. This can be printed on the A1-Mini. A few other reasons I created this one was: wanted to include a handle on the front of the drawer as I found the other difficult to pull out wanted a drawer that had slots for “stuff” as opposed to just an open space (there are both in the .3MF) wanted a plate on the front with as much room as possible for a logo since I travel with this A1-Mini measurements of the plate are 55.6 length x 22.65 height x 1.5 thick. Choose facedown for best outcome. wanted it to work with the cable tray system that I printed https://makerworld.com/en/models/581347#profileId-508595 did not want to use double-sided tape nor did I want to damage/drill a hole in the case of the A1-Mini I would recommend printing the outside in PETG, or I use EasyABS from Sunlu (prints like PLA, better than PETG for heat). I printed the drawer in PLA, have had no issues with warping. Outside might work in PLA, but the print bed does get warm. Step 1 is to print and replace the small piece shown in this video. Note that I used a M3 heatset insert, but that's because I had one, not that it was necessary. You can thread into the small piece without it, but I prefer to use them when I have them. https://youtube.com/shorts/cAQnygNUDjE Once that piece is replaced, you can slide the toolbox in place and screw it into the new z-axis stop. Note, it's important to pull the tool tray out the front, not out and up. https://youtube.com/shorts/GuCBoinQO1g Right now I've only made an “open” tool tray, meaning there are no predetermined spots for “stuff”. I plan to make a couple variations, so if you have suggestions, please feel free to message me on makerworld with your ideas/requests. Side note, orange really makes a glare off of the camera, if I were to print this again, I would likely put a 2mm layer at the top with black or a darker color.
