Most gates have problems with leakage, handling or instability...
this one definitely does not
The gate is designed to provide maximum rigidity and tightness. When it is assembled, all parts and connections are VERY stiff.
After moving it several times, it becomes easyer but still remains very tight to provide maximum tightness and prevent leakage. .
To avoid this, you can reduce the thickness of the slider by 0.1 or 0.2mm (not recommended).
Instead, just use SILVERGLIDE to get things going ;o)
The holes are 6mm without exception and can take either M6 threaded rods or M5 fusible nuts as needed. Again... all very tight to ensure maximum tightness.
Print with 2mm wall thickness so that the fusible nut have something to cling to ...
