Listerine Access Flosser refills come in 3 packs of 7. Rather than keeping the bulky packaging around or dealing with them lying all over the counter, this allows you to place all 21 of them in a handy container. Use the dial to raise or lower an internal platform, making room for the floss picks or raising them so you can dispense them one by one.

The outer shell needs to be glued to the base after assembly, to hold it together.
