On the 2013 Airstream Interstate, the city water and fresh tank fill inlets are unsecured. This solution attaches a lockable access panel over both inlets using a Thetford access panel:

The access panel is mounted over the existing inlet ports using double sided 3M VHB tape, avoiding cutting into the van chassis or the use of screws. This Thing provides a mount for the access panel. It is designed to fit over the contour of the van chassis and is split into 4 parts to fit the printer build plate.
On the access panel, 3/8" of the lip needs to be removed (using a saw). This reduces the profile of the access panel when installed on the van. Caulk around the perimeter of the access panel to seal the VHB tape from moisture.
