Accessible Key Holder

Problem and Solution:
Weak grip strength can interfere with many aspects of life. People who have low grip strength or difficulty with grasping small objects may find that keys, particularly small ones, are troublesome to efficiently hold and turn. This object will allow those with low grip strength to more easily turn locks. The user inserts their fingers into the holes, as if it were a pair of scissors, and then turns the key in the lock. The designers wanted to allow the key to still be put onto a key ring, so this tool allows the key that is inserted to be pushed up so that the key ring hole is still accessible.

In addition, there is provision for cable ties that can be looped around a plug. This allows the user to more easily pull stubborn plugs out of outlet sockets. This was a secondary consideration and a feature that we included as a mere addition and not a center point.
