Stacked acrylic case for the Open Frame 1 PCB (https://github.com/GregTurbo/Open-Frame1) using six 3mm-thick laser-cut layers.
The button housings are from the OFOF1 (https://github.com/rana-sylvatica/OFOF1) by Bjart (https://twitter.com/rana_labs_), printed in LEDO 6060 resin from JLCPCB. I used the 3x panelized ones.
The six layers are as follows:
* 1 Top layer
* 2 Support layer
* 3 Above PCB layer
* 4 PCB layer
* 5 Below PCB layer
* 6 Bottom layer
These should accommodate any combination of OF1 parts you choose (internal usb c and cable, pin headers on the pico, etc.). You could also order a 6mm thick version of Layer 3 and use it for both layers 2 and 3.
I use the 8mm holes in the OF1 to help hold the board in place with the bolts, and these .5mm compressible washers to help support it around the bolts. The hardware used can be found here.
