Adapted Nail Clipper

This is a remix of a design on MakersMakingChange.com - search "nail clipper holder". Credit goes to them for a great design that allows a person with limited mobility or dexterity use a nail clipper. It uses a larger "toenail size" clipper, but this redesigned makes it easier to accommodate different brands that might be slightly smaller or larger by attaching with zip ties or cable ties.
