Adjustable Arm Filament Guide w/ Roller

This is a remix of the [excellent part from Tomaskom_cz](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575). I have another filament roller mounted on the X-axis gantry which will break the original part if/when the Z-axis reaches its highest points (I know this now).

My modification was adding a pivot point mounted to the top rail and adjusting the arm to work accordingly. The top rail mount and arm parts are attached with a simple 5/8" #14 (1/4") hex bolt, allowing the arm to be adjusted to whatever angle is desired or necessary.

I have included the original Axis and Roller parts from the original design for convenience, but they are unchanged.
