Adjustable birdcage perch

The original perch tips were broken because of the angle we gave them.
So I decided to do something about it.
I made a small assembly that holds by a small pin (which can be a nail) cut with pliers.
an M3 x 12mm long screw and its nut.
The assembly is easy to make.
The last black tip, as you can see, is the original
