Adjustable Concealed Hinge Router Jig

This is a jig for a concealed interior door hinge. It can be adapted to fit a concealed hydraulic door hinge. The measurements are for a Simonswerk AN 140 3D. Without plugs the jig is 110mm x 24mm, when the plugs are added it becomes 78mm x 24mm for the deeper recession of the hinge.
