Adjustable hinges jig for router

This jig is created for routing hinges slots. It also allow the use of chisels for the corners, if needed. The adjustment can be made from 5cm to 10 cm in width and max 6cm in depth. For thick hinges, there is a 8mm spacer, the 5mm is used by default, so the router bit do not touch the front guide. I printed it with 6 walls, 6 top and 6 bottom layers, so it can withstand the pressing by the router. The infill was 25% for all pieces, except the front guide that had 60% because this is the piece used for clamping. If you print it in a shiny type of filament, you might need some sandpaper sheet glued on the contact side of the front guide, to avoid slipping. I've had some warping issues, but i used the warped side toward the nuts, so the straight side is still usable (the bottom side of the front guide is slightly warped).
Additional hardware needed:
- 4 M6x80mm screws;
- 4 M6 washers (max 20mm external diameter);
