Adjustable kettle bell.

Takes an M16x180mm bolt to hold weight plates with 1" hole.

96mm wide gap in centre. Designed for 3 32mm thick, 27cm diameter plates, leaving a 7cm gap between the top of the plates and the handle.

Push-fit nut holder to stop it unscrewing.

16mm shims either side of the plates to use with 2 plates instead of 3.

5mm shims if needed to adjust for different thickness plates.

I printed the handle in PETG with 6.4mm walls, top and bottom and 30% infill. Printed laid flat to make sure the layer lines run along the length of the handle. It seems fine with 30kg on it - the wall thickness I used may have been overkill, but I wanted to be sure it was strong enough.

I printed the nut holder in TPU (solid) to make it stick a bit. Shims also in TPU (2mm walls and 25% tri-hex infill).
