Adjustable Leveling Foot for Wood Projects

Leveling feet for wood working projects such as the Christmas tree stand shown or for small tables etc. See images for detailed dimensions. Maximum adjustment height is about 5/8". The 1.34" OD matches the diameter of large self adhesive felts to protect wood floors. I sized this to fit a 1" diameter drilled hole as shown in the 2x4 legs in the images. Use wood glue or another adhesive to bond the female part in place.

The ACME thread fit may be a little tight initially but will thread in and out freely after a few uses. Lightly sand the outside diameter of the male thread to help with a smooth fit if needed.

Recommend printing this solid for maximum strength. Please do your own testing to determine the maximum load capacity for your project. Do not use for projects that might be a personal safety hazard if the foot should break or fail in use.
