Adjustable / lockable multimeter probes connector

I've seen a lot of multimeter probe clips on this site recently, but they were all tweezer style clips. So I made these which can be freely adjusted and locked in position.

The clips are designed for probes with an 11 mm diameter, but I also included a step file, so the clips can be adjusted in modeling software such as Fusion360.

The handle on the screw isn't my design, so I didn't include it. You can use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7316340 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2186175 instead.

Other required parts: One M4 bolt that's at least 25mm long, together with a fitting Heat Set Insert.
