Adjustable Stadia Controller Phone Mount - Improved

Loved Cabanon's design and decided to improve upon it.

Added the ability to use a rubber band instead of relying on a 3D printed spring as that will wear out eventually.
Beefed it up a bit
Minimized the supports needed
Extended the phone holder to accept bigger phones or ones with larger cases on them

Can now be printed at 0.2mm layer height

- Been a little while but per request I uploaded an STL of the build plate I would recommend printing (Angled clip and the long top holder). It is a bit bigger overall but
