Adjustable Webcam Arm

Remix of rostap's Multifunction Arm mounting system. Made arms longer and thinner, added adaptor for webcam. Also scaled down the versa rotating holder and added 2 holes on base for magnets (19.5mm x 4.8mm) alternatively you can you 3m double sided tape.
