This is an adjustable hand tool.
First of all:
Print one by one these models for the best resolution (avoid oozing and stringing).
Step I.:
Print "wrench_1" with support and with the settings below.
Step II.:
Print "wrench_2" with support and with the settings below.
Step III.:
Print "wrench_3" withouth support and with the settings below.
Step IV.:
You will need to get a DIN912 M4x30 cylinder head screw for fastening "wrench_1" to "wrench_3".
Note:
You cannot scale the model, because I designed for M4 fastener.
