This is a wrench or a key used to open the aerator out of the faucet of a kitchen or bathroom with have a rear insertion.
Based on the excellent 3mm design of Kesselhaus (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4113111), the description of use is in the original design, with one previos step: put the open wrench in the middle of the rear insertion of the faucet.
