Aerith Guard Stick

This is designed to break down to fit into a suitcase for transport, and it has enhanced strength to handle drops.

Print all parts out of gray PETG, except for the stick end caps which should be gray TPU, and the diffuser which should be white PETG.

Use gray 3/4 electrical PVC pipe to connect the pieces, and 1.25 inch PVC to reinforce the handle. Use the jig to drill set screw holes into the 1.25 pipe, and remember to drill LED holes and notch the ends of the 3/4 pipe for the battery sleds. Tap all remaining holes 1/4-20 and use 1/4-20 3/16 long set screws to lock the parts in place.

Materia are 20mm glow in the dark marbles and are press fit. Wrap the handle with athletic tape once finished.

Battery sleds use 3mm LEDs to match whatever Materia you choose, and use a pair of AA batteries. Use the spring and wires from a AA battery holder for each pack. Expect a week of battery life.
