When the temperature rises, problems occur in the delivery of PLA filaments.
Because the basic design is ABS, there is a problem with the temperature setting of the filament feeding mechanism.
The PLA filament breaks at high temperature and there is a problem in feeding out.
I decided to cool it with a blower duct. Mounting is very easy with just fitting.
When printing this part, I recommend ABS filament.
Sorry, removal of support is very difficult. There are 4, so I want you to try it in order.
The above method can only be used up to 30 degrees Celsius. If it is more than 30 degrees Celsius, there is no choice but to increase the number of fans and forced air cooling.
