AFX Track Support System

This is a system of supports to fit my brothers AFX Slot Car tracks. He went a bit overboard on his layout and needed multiple supports. This was created give it a better look than the small blocks of wood he was using.

The printed parts are designed to fit a 3/8" wooden dowel. Rather than hours of printing columns you can cut to the dowel to length to get the height you need.

The supports flex a bit and clip on where ever required. They seem to fit nicely on straight lengths or curves.

The basic support has holes on either side to fit a dowel, there is also a version that only has the hole on one side for those places you can only get to on one side. There is a version of each of these that the hole goes straight through that might be handy for multiple levels.

I have also included but never really tested a midspan cube and a side support. The idea for these was so you could stick the dowel straight out the side if required in places you cannot get to directly.
