I saw a lot of jump cup designs and pooled all of the ideas that I liked and combined them together into this design.
Everything is rounded, the lip of the cup is just shy of 1/8", it does not protrude beyond 1.5", and it requires no screws to install onto 1" ID (Inner Diameter) (1.315" OD (outer diameter)). The nib that inserts into a hole in the PVC is just shy (6.25 mm vs. 6.35mm) of 1/4" diameter so it can easily slip into a 1/4" drill bit hole. The contour of the
