Simple agility jump cup for NZ jump poles (1" schedule 40 PVC pipe, approx. 34mm external diameter).
Two models available - a screw on/stick on version, and a version designed to have a 20mm x 3mm neodymium magnet embedded into it, for use with magnetic jump uprights.
I printed mine using 95A TPU. I do not recommend PLA or other hard plastics for safety reasons. Do not give your dog the opportunity to ingest the magnet version!
When deciding where to put the screw hole on your gear, take into account the size of your pole. For a 1" pole (34mm dia) the screw hole needs to be 17mm below the intended jump height. i.e. for a 320mm bar, the screw hole should be set at 303mm to get the correct height.
Consider adding some double-sided sticky tape to prevent the jump lug rotating around the screw. Or if you have super sticky tape, you may not even need the screw.
There are two magnetic versions - one which completely embeds the magnet, and one that leaves the magnet access
