AIO Spool Holder Remix

This is the All-in-One (AIO) solution for the side-mounted spool holder.I compiled the latest and greatest improvement and remixes from @codebender, @ineiub and @Shortfin3D into one project. Please consider the licences of the original creators. What does it contain?Left-handed thread of the spindle so the roller can't come of while spool is rotating (from codebender)Material and print-time optimized body frame (from ineiub)Spindle and cage with bearings (from Shortfin3D)I shared the items on two plates, in case you don't need to print all items.Due to rigidness and stability I recommend to print at least in PETG, but PLA would work, too. Additional Materials: 6x M3x16 screws2x 608 bearings (22x7mm with 8mm hole)
