Aiolos

Aiolos* is a prototype Longboard with electric propulsion designed for maximum power delivery. Aiolos will be powered by a 10s2p (max. 370 Wh) configured Li-Ion battery pack, in combination with a maximum of four VESC-controllers it can produce an astonishing 7,4 kW of continous output power (peak approx. 35,5 kW @ 37V 960A). Such power also needs appropriate heat dissipation, this is realised by two downward facing finned Aluminum heatsinks and the all Aluminum deck itself. The Aluminum heatsinks also function as protectors for the sensible battery (the battery also got its own individual protection/pressure plate) and controllers. At this moment this design lacks a BMS (Battery Management System) a charge port and wiring (maybe a bit more). * Aiolos - greek. God of the winds
