Air Blower

Air blower uses a powerfull 132cfm biscuit fan to direct a strong air stream.
This is a work in progress
I plan to design an enclosure for the electronics.
I will add additional details on the wiring of the PWM board to control the speed.
This project does not require a speed controller. It is just an option. If you use a two or three wire fan you can just attach it to a dc power adapter and it will run at full speed. If you using a three wire fan you can leave the third wire un attached.
If you choose to use a 4 wire fan you can attache the 4th wire to a inexpensive pwm controller to vary the speed. A 4 wire fans speed is controlled by the pulse width IE duty cycle of a pwm source. In that way it is similar to an rc servo. The frequency of the signal does not control the speed.
In the shown prototype I am using a full size potentiometer and knob for convenience. To do so you will have to remove the tiny potentometer from the circuit board and wire it t
