Air Conditioner Lineset Bracket

I found there were very few mounting options for air conditioner line sets. I installed a multi-zone mini-split and saw that it was typical to use plumbers strapping other devices that crush or tear the insulation. They aren't sized to cradle it correctly. Given that I create a few brackets around my needs which were single and double lineset mounting vertically to a wall, ceiling, and unistrut. I'm happy to modify these for anyone using the tipping features.


Printing:

I recommend using ASA when possible, especially if it's used in an outdoor application. Given this is a utility part using screws I recommend a very thick wall. I printed mine using a .6mm nozzle and 1.8mm shell. If using a .4mm a 1.6mm wall should be fine. I printed using a 50% infill and slow speeds. If using ASA, ABS settings should work fine, generally 250c and lots of buildplate adhesive. PLA is not recommended.
