After some time struggling to get a heat bed with enough power for lager 3D prints I designed this cooling system based on a 12 volt aquarium air pump and a 3D printed nozzle.
The nozzle is mounted on my Delta printer and flow air in to the printing area. The pump is mounted as a "Bowden extruder" and connected to the nozzle with a flexible 4 mm hose.
In the center of the model is a place for a LED diod to get som light on the model during the printing.
Included is a STL files for the air nozzle and a mounter for my aquarium air pump.
My pump is 12volt connects as a fan to the system.
Good luck with your project.
The system have for me made warp free prints with all tested plastics.
