Air Damper 3in

Simple 3D printed butterfly air damper for 75mm (3 inch) hose, such as the exhaust of a snap maker enclosure. It has a round paddle sandwiched between two flanges that can by screwed together using the four 3mm screw holes.

The flanges outer diameter is 74mm for clamping a 3 inch flexible hose on each side.

Note: When full closed it is not perfectly air tight and when full open flow is restricted slightly with flange inner diameter of 69.6mm and damper paddle 3mm x 68.8mm.
This is a new design and has not been fully proven or leak tested. The paddle should turn with minimal resistance directly from the 3D printer.
