It’s been over a year since I uploaded this—one of my very first Autodesk projects! Time flies, and so does wisdom. Here is a major update based on real-world usage (and some domestic feedback).The "PLA vs. Heat" Incident I originally printed these in PLA. They worked like a charm during the summer for AC cooling. However, once winter hit and the heating kicked in... let's just say the results were aromatic. While my nose was oblivious, my Chief of Quality Control (a.k.a. my wife) immediately flagged a "burning plastic" scent permeating the house.Verdict: Do not print in PLA if you plan to use your system for heating.Solution: I recommend PETG. It should handle the heat without turning your living room into a 3D printing factory floor.What’s New in Version 6:New Files: I haven't printed the PETG version myself yet, but I’ve included an Orca Slicer .3mf file with optimized settings based on my experience.
