This small air engine can be manufactured and assembled using a small mill and lathe with the following materials: 3/8" x 3/8" x 2 1/4" cold rolled steel (CRS) bar stock (part 1) 3/8" x 3/8" x 1 3/8" CRS bar stock (part 2) 3/8" dia. CRS round bar (part 3) 10-32 UNF nut (part 4) 3/16" dia. drill rod (part 5) 1/4" dia. drill rod (part 6) 0.125" dia. dowel (part 7) 5/8" dia. CRS round bar (part 8) 1/4" x 1 5/8" x 1 5/8" aluminum bar stock (part 9) 1" dia. cold rolled steel (part 10) 3/16" dia. dowel (part 11) small spring to suit (part 12) 10-32 countersink screw (part 13) 6-32 set screw (part 14)
