air ride controller case no2

12ch rf relay remote board off the bay, just search for (12ch rf)

with this case you do need to unsolder the buttons off the board. i superglued them to the plate and soldered thin wire to the board. i used an old usb cable (very thin wire).
i soldered the wires to the battery.
not perfect but works and looks ok.

i just drilled a nole for the led,and a drop of glue to hold it in. and soldered some wire

wiring diagram for buttons. follow this or all relays will not work. only one button uses 3 wires. uploaded a pic of what wires go where

i just used a bit of wire for the antenna. works without one at all to about 10m

these are just quick cases to get me up and running, i will make some better ones and inprove the print quality and buttons.


i have uploaded some diagrams on how to wire up 1 button to control 2 relays. so the 4 buttons on the controller can control. front pair up, front pair down and so on.
