Air Scrubber SmartFlow Base

This is a new base meant to be used with Officina23's air scrubber and the DutchDeveloper Smartflow.Original air scrubber: https://makerworld.com/en/models/203175-air-scrubber-purifying-filter#profileId-223504 Features to fit the Smartflow have been implemented in the base and bottom cover. The bottom cover and base get 3mm threaded inserts heatset in to them. The base gets four 5x3 magnets installed to mate up with the rest of the air scrubber parts. This design uses a back cover to hold the fan wires in, rather than a printed-in-place channel.
