Airbrush compressor cooler

This incorporates fans into a mini-compressor. MESSING WITH AC POWER CAN BE LEATHAL, ONLY ATTEMPT IF YOU ARE COMPETANT AND KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING!



You'll need:
- Small 12v power supply
- x2 fans 60x60x25
- x2 rectangle rocker switch
- x10 thread inserts for 3mm screw/bolt
- x4 4mm - 20mm ------ for motor cooler to compressor body
- x6 3mm - 10mm ------ for top box lid and mounting fan to motor cooler
- x4 3mm - 30mm ------ for head box
- x4 3mm - 6mm -------- for attaching top box to compressor housing-could use epoxy
- miscellaneous wire, heat shrink and appropriate crimps

I broke open a 12v adapter plug for fan power (picture is not of the one I used however is similar). Other countries will be different, so you'll have to source a suitable replacement. Once I assembled the wiring the adapter was wrapped in Kapton tape for insulation.

Using the top box as a template I marked drilled and tapped the holes to mount it (see picture), you might want to just epoxy it
