Hi,
I've remixed this into 1cm hex size and bigger stencil, about 17cmx16.5cm so I can print a bigger sheet on my 20x20xcm printer.
I use 0.4mm thickness, 2 layers of 0.2mm, makes it sturdy and flexible. You could probably get away with 0.3 or 0.2 mm for more flexibility, but I recommend using 0.1mm layers when doing that.
my testprint which turned out great on my Anet A8 was printed with these settings:
layer thickness: 0.2
speed: 40mm
extruder temp: 205
bed temp: 55
filament type: PLA
