This is a toe cover insert for a Large sized AirCast. I needed something to cover the toe so I could go back to work, but I didn't like how much the original model moved around.
I fixed the unwanted movement, made a much more solid attachment to the AirCast, made the toe a bit roomier, added a wedge on the bottom to deflect liquids better, and added tabs on the sides to help with removal. All in all, it functions great, although my beginner skills in Blender caused a few visual artifacts. During use, however, they are hidden under the AirCast.
I highly recommend 100% infill. Since this is technically a safety item, you should make it as solid as possible.
