The Profile calculation is taken from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10513 (separate scad file, may be replaced for other profiles)

What you need:
- some foam for the center block
- cfk tube, 8mm outer, 6mm inner diameter, 7cm length
- cfk tube, 6mm outer, 4mm inner diameter, 7cm length
- cfk tube, 6mm outer, 86cm length
- cfk tube, 4mm outer, 86cm length
- foil to cover
- 2 x mini servo

I've printed the parts with 1.2mm perimeter and 20% infill - except the ruder (fix and variable), they are printed with 0.4 perimeter and 10% infill.
