This is an airless wheel for a compressor, made from a soft TPU outer tread and a rigid PLA ring that holds a 608-ZZ bearing. It’s designed to improve floor contact and reduce squeaky noise during operation by providing a compliant interface between the compressor and the floor. The wheel is intended for sound damping and short-distance repositioning only — it is not a heavy-duty caster substitute. You can glue the TPU tire into the PLA wheel ring. You may also glue the bearing in place or use a small amount of Loctite to secure it.To hold the screw, I use two M6 nuts: the second nut sits slightly outside the wheel and can spin freely. The final cap helps keep the tire firmly in place in case it tries to slip off. You may apply plenty of glue to this part for maximum security. Boost Meif you like boost me
