This is a one piece printable visor lock replacement for the Airoh GP500 motorcycle helmet.
The original one on my helmet broke pretty quickly due to the delicate design of the locking mechanism and the low quality of the plastic.
At first I thought I could copy the original multipart design and just optimize it a little bit for printability and stability. But then I decided a one-piece solution might be more robust and as I don't open and close the lock all the time it doesn't matter if it is a bit harder to actuate.
In fact it works quite well and has proven reliable on my helmet for a few years now.
**Printing:** This only prints well with supports on FDM machines. I would advise to print at least 3 perimeters for strengh and 100% infill as less infill percentage doesn't make a big difference on such small part.
