Hi, this is just a quick tool for easier cylinder head removal on my TM VSR10 and i hope it helps you too.

I pushed a fast print even though it is ABS, I had no warping or quality issues.

Lots of photos attached, i used M3*20 with nut X2.

I designed this so when the screw is tightened the nut will sink into the wider hole, so basically hand tight when the nut is flush (please see pictures).

If I have enough interest, I will design it so you can bring the screws closer together or further apart to make this tool universal.

Layers:
Layer Height 0.2300mm (still very tidy)
Top Solid Layers 4
Bottom Solid layers 4
Outline/shell 2 (3 3ith PLA)

Additions:
Raft

Infill:
30% overlap
I used ABS 30% Infill, but you could use PLA maybe 50% infill
