Airsoft L96 Suppressor

This is specifically designed for an airsoft Well MB-01 with a 21mm straight barrel.

It is designed to be threaded and/or clamped on using M5x10 screws + heat inserts. A 6mm magnet can also be inserted to keep the clamp bit from falling out easily if removed from replica.

I also designed a printed baffle insert. I printed it with no skin and 12% gyroid infill as an experiment which turned out surprisingly well. The insert would benefit from TPU/TPE or other flexible materials. Matte materials would also be beneficial. Gyroid is the best infill as it most closely simulates foam and has long open channels to trap air/sound.

You may want to print the main body with internal supports, I tried to design it so that any supported areas will need minimal clean-up.
