Tired of hunting for an AirTag case that's almost what you wanted? Me too. So I built one from scratch in OpenSCAD where you can change pretty much everything — shape, surface texture, decoration, even drop your own SVG artwork on it. This is a fully parametric snap-fit keychain case for Apple AirTag. The two halves click together with snap bumps and a nail notch so you can pop it open without tools. Everything is designed around the real AirTag dimensions (32mm diameter, 7.95mm thick) so it fits perfectly. What you can customize: Shape — Circle, Rounded Square (squircle), or Pill.
