When I started this project, I intended to print all the parts on a 3D printer, but I realized that it wouldn't give a good finish on the front. The frame is very good and reinforced because I printed it in parts and joined them with super glue, creating a resistant structure. As for the front parts, if you can use CNC router cutting, it will give a much better finish. In my case, I engraved the letters in low relief with a laser and then filled them with paint, but if you can use a film or screen printing, it will look much better.
Scale adjustments may be necessary, so be aware of this information. As for the frame finish, I used a tape called edge banding, used in furniture; I got one that has the appearance of aluminum, glued it with contact glue, and cut off the excess.
