My Aldi grill gazebo cover bit the dust with some extra help from the local squirrel population, so I found a replacement on Amazon. It is a great replacement cover that was made robustly, but it was a little too big so it had a saggy fit. So, I modeled up frame extension tips to simply slide on the frame tips to stretch the fabric a touch more. If your cover is getting saggy, just pop a few of these bad boys on your frame. Use as many as you need. Mine required 5 on the main piece, but only 2 for the top cap. Orient the drain hole down so no water can collect over time and rust out your frame. This shouldn't be an issue at first, but mother nature takes its toll on things, so thinking ahead.

I printed in PETG to help handle the heat of summer. This doesn't have to be all that strong, so a couple walls and low infill is plenty.
